Cancellation Policy

All requests must be made in writing and submitted by fax (202-367-2173) or email (IOSCRegistration@courtesyassoc.com) on or before March 21, 2011. A $100 administrative fee per cancelled registration will be assessed. All refunds will be processed in June 2011. Substitutions are always welcome. The Thursday, May 26th Gala tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. All sales are final after March 21, 2011 and no-shows will be charged.
